Varroc Lighting Systems is an India-based automotive exterior lighting manufacturer. Formerly the exterior lighting business of Visteon Corporation, Varroc Lighting was acquired by Varroc Engineering (India) in 2012 and subsequently sold to HELLA (now FORVIA HELLA) in 2022. The business designs and manufactures exterior lighting modules including headlamps, taillamps, fog lamps, and DRL systems for European OEMs including Volkswagen, BMW, and Stellantis. Manufacturing operations are in Czech Republic, Poland, Morocco, and India.
